Is it possible to reserve the dates I want to stay, even though I haven't put a deposit down yet?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to hold your dates until the deposit has been paid in full.

How much do I need to put down as a deposit?

How much do I need to put down as a deposit? The deposit is €500 payable through the website.

How is the remainder of the rent paid after deposit?

By instalments to spread the cost, we can be a little flexible with this according to needs.

Do I need a car to get to and from the villa?

The villa is easily accessible by car or taxi. We recommend you hire cars to get the best of the island, plus taxi costs quickly mount! There is off-road private parking for up to 2 cars at the villa. If you don´t hire, there are plenty of taxis available at the airport and so pre-booking isn´t necessary, though we have recommended partners who can offer group transport services throughout your stay. The villa is a 20 min drive from the airport. Once at the villa, taxis are best booked through Uber or the Taxi Click app.

Do I need to leave a damage deposit?

Yes. The damage deposit is £500 or €500, payable on arrival in cash.

Are there any other costs I need to know about?

None, the cleaning fee is included in the price of your stay

How will we find the villa?

In the week prior to your arrival, you will be sent a pin drop plus written directions.

Are there bars, restaurants and supermarkets and cash points within walking distance?

The villa is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from most amenities- including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Can I walk to the beach from the villa?

Yes, Port d’es Torrent beach is only about 10 minutes walk away and Cala Bassa is about 5 minutes drive away.

Does the villa have air conditioning?

Yes, every room is equipped with it´s own AC unit, which doubles as a heater in colder months.

Does the villa have a sound system for playing music?

The villa is equipped with SONOS speakers inside and out, which you can use via the SONOS app.

Is the villa suitable for family groups?

The villa is perfect for families. We can provide cots and high chairs on request.

Can we check-in early or check out late?

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is by 10.45am. Unfortunately it’s not possible to move check-in or check out times as we need to allow time to fully clean the house and garden but where possible we’ll try to accommodate requests.

Can we leave bags at the villa whilst we wait to check in and/or check out?

Normally this is possible during the hours of 11am and 4pm, subject to prior agreement. The bags will be safely stored in the covered pool house
